Hatch Education, in conjunction with Binghamton and Wagner Universities, is offering a unique opportunity for individuals interested in becoming licensed home inspectors. Our innovative course Building a Home Inspection Business© has been developed with extraordinary attention to detail, to ensure that successful students will meet or exceed the mandatory licensing requirements in various states across America.
Director of Curriculum Development, Scott Hatch J.D., explains that “New York’s training requirements for home inspectors are rigorous, and we have worked tirelessly to ensure that our course curriculum teaches not only the fundamentals of the inspection itself, but also has a heavy emphasis on the laws and regulations specific to the state of New York. The regulations and educational requirements for home inspection licensure vary greatly from state to state. New York is at the forefront of establishing the trust and continuity of the profession as a whole, and we feel fortunate to be a part of this movement.”
Beginning with 100 hours of classroom instruction in a live lecture setting and culminating in a 40 hour internship conducted with the supervision of a licensed home inspector, this intensive course is sure to impart all of the knowledge needed to successfully build a home inspection business.
